Jeremy

Jeremy is a 17 year old guy. And he works at a theater of some kind. Then there's a new character called Susannah that is Jeremy's secret crush. Susannah has being texting Jeremy with you tube like. She has stop actions animations.

"For the past year, Susannah has been inexplicably texting me with you tube links to her haunting stop action animations" . This is the part we're the stop action videos in YouTube come to Jeremy. " but other than telling me the link is private and to keep it our little secret.". This shows that they kind of have a good relationship

Breaking glass

when I hear "breaking glass"  I imagine a tragedy. This also reminds me of scary stuff. The cover of the book shows a tree and a glass that is broken. This looks pretty scary to me...

This book looks pretty fun to read. I love scary things so I think this could be pretty good. This book, talks about seventeen years old Jeremy. He begins to revive messages from Susannah ( which is disappeared) . He needs to solve the mystery.... before he comes the next victim.

Juli and Bryce... Friends?

Bryce  talks to Garett. But this is not a very nice conversation. Garrett talking aboutg David. Who's David? It's juli's uncle. The problem is that he looses control of himself. But he came and visit juli. They went to get ice cream with David and David losses control and made a mess. Bryce instead of standing up for Juli when he talked with garret he just continued. Juli was really angry. Then the Bakers (Juli's family) and the Loskis (Bryce's family) have dinner together. Juli and Bryce are together but Juli is really angry but when Bryce apologize she sees how mean she was with Bryce. So she tells him how she felt and then Bryce almost kissed her.... But the bakers where going back home.

Bryce is elected as a basket boy. This is when the school gets boys and the girls pay to have lunch with them.... The one who has more money, has lunch with the boy. There are 3 girls who want to have lunch with Bryce... Juli has lunch with Jon. Shelli and Miranda fight over Bryce and realize that if they conbine money they will have lunch with Bryce. That start to fight for Bryce later so he goes to juli's table and almost tried to kiss her again. She just ignores him from the rest of the school day.

She planted some grass on her backyard. And Bryce came to her house and started carving a hole in her grass. She was mad. But her father said it was okay. Anyway, guess what Bryce planted on juli's backyard. Any ideas? It was a sycamore tree.

Anyone wants some eggs?

Juli has a dirty backyard were she has chickens. The chickens have eggs  and she sells them to the neighbors. But Bryce on the other hand, he receives free eggs. We're doe get this from? The answer is July. Juli gives Bryce free eggs. Instead of selling those eggs juli gives them to Bryce. And Bryce does something really bad... He throws the eggs away.

Juli feels really bad about this. I would also be bad if I gave a friend a part of my business for free and he just throw it away. I think that Bryce should only tell July about the eggs instead of just throwing them. Bryce is scared of eggs because of the snake of mike and Matt's snake. The snake ate a hole egg. Also one time juli did a project with eggs and chickens. It was her science fair and Bryce just didn't like it. He hated it.

What Bryce did is really unfair. If someone did that to me I would never talk to them again. Juli was loosing money giving Bryce those eggs... And Bryce throed the eggs. I think he would be honest and tell her that maybe he didn't liked the sanitary of the backyard... This should be done way after all this happened.

Juli and his big big friend

Bryce talks to his grandfather because he doesn't understand why Bryce isn't friends with Juli. Grandfather Duncan lives with Bryce. And the grandfather is always looking at the window. Then we see something new. Juli has a big friend. This friend is really big. And this friend is a sycamore tree. She plays in it all the time. Many special things had happened in there. But there's a little problem. They used to get the bus to go to school on that tree. And Bryce is tired because everyday juli whants him to go up with her. He even has a hiding spot. However, one day when they were going to pick the bus there were a bunch of machines and people trying to cut the tree off. Juli is not happy with this so she decides to climb the tree and wait there, July needed help so she asked for Bryce and other classmates to help her. Bryce and all his classmates just ignored Juli and went to school.

"I love to watch my father paint." I putted this quote because I think is really important that his father paints... Her father draw a tree with a girl for her. I thought that was really sweet. ""Yeah, now come down."" But who told you to cut it down?" The owner!" He called back." This was the part when the tree was cut down.

I did some research about the tree. A sycamore tree. Here are some things I found out about it. It's scientifically called Plantus Occidentalis. This tree is native from North America. This trees also grow pretty fast.

Juli Baker and his man

Bryce doesn't like juli bieng around. But juli is doing totally different things that make Bryce a better person. And when Bryce was moving to her street she was really happy. For the first time she didn't needed to play with her brothers. This made juli really exited because she was waiting for someone that wasn't her dog.

" The first day I met Bryce Loski, I flipped. Honestly, one look at him and I became a lunatic." I picked this quote because it shows just how crazy juli is for Bryce. She tells us that is something of his eyes. "Something in his eyes. There blue, and and framed in the blackness  of his lashes, they're so dazzling. Absolutely breathtaking." This is the other quote that show how his blue eyes are beautiful








I forgot to tell you about something that someone did on 5 grade.... There was this girl called Shelly Stalls. Shelly is a drama queen (according to July). And this drama queen holded hands with a man... You know what man. Any guesses?. Correct, it is Bryce. Now juli tries to safe him from Shelly and this ended up in a fight.... Obviously.

Bryce Loski and his stalker

Bryce doesn't like Juli. Since 2 grade juli has being (stalking Bryce). Unfortunately, for Bryce he moves into the street of juli. Juli comes to visit Bryce while he was moving to his new home at juli's street. Bryce whants her out of there so he even tries to call for help to his father. There is a little problem. The problem is Bryce's sister.

" All I've ever wanted was for juli baker to live me alone. For her to back off- you now, just me some space."(Van Draaen 1). I picked this quote because I think it shows just how bad Bryce wants juli to (back off). ""Can Bryce play?" I could hear her asking from my hiding place behind the couch." (Van Draaen 4) this quote shows just how tired Bryce is from juli.... He even has a hiding spot.

I hope that Bryce tries to get along with juli because now they are neighbors so that is going to be really hard for Bryce if he is not a friend of juli. I am also wondering why Bryce moved to Julianna's street. I thunk that juli needs to give Bryce a little of personal space. And maybe in the future they both can be even more than just friends...

Josh Truffle

Cole and Gavin are going to make something to Josh Truffle. Josh is an american high school student. He is also a soccer player from Springfield high school raiders of Springfield. We all know this because there is a Wikipedia page for him. Gavin clicked on the link...

"Gavin clicked the link. Josh Truffle for the free encyclopedia.". this is Gavin finding Josh in Wikipedia. "Josh Truffle (born June 1, 1995) is an american high school student"

I dont like stalkers. I can't understand why someone would search someone else on the Internet. I don't think that Cole and Gavin are suing the correct thing by searching other persons name... Josh Truffle

Creative ways...

Cole is now mad and treys to find things to do. He is mad because of love and that staff. "I wasn't even her boyfriend". While they were walking to mr. Dricks history class he saw you know who kissing another man. He wants to see what he can do.

"Get back with something useful." This is when Cole and Gavin are creating something. "It will be fun. I promise." They are only making something that is going to be "fun" which may not be the case. What can be something fun? What are they going to do? What ideas are they going to come up with?

I don't want this to be a bad plan because I don't think they are thinking about the consequences. What are some ideas they are going to come up with? Maybe something not so bad. But it also may only be fun for Cole and Gavin. No one knows...

friends

Do you belief in  future prediction?. On this book we see 2 friend that create a page on wikipedia for fun on were they put the day of the death of someone. This was a funny joke until a soccer player dies the day that they predicted and the way they said he was going to die. Now they predict another thing and that same thing happens...

"Edit at your own risk." I picked this quote because I think it's perfect. It just tells you what the hole book is about. Another quote that I find interesting is this one. "Cole is about to go off-line...forever." This one is also a good quote because it show the consequences of "editing".

I am really enjoying this book and I think that is a really cool story. Chris Etten is a really good author and he is also creative on making this story. I predict that the guys that had this page, are going to kill someone on purpose.

Jake and Emery

 Jake likes Emery. But there's a little problem, Emery ignores him. On this situation he can became a hero for Emery and Emery will like him but this can also be a horrible decition. Just imagine jake the kid who saved a lot of little kids that were in shock because of watching mr stunts with the gun on her teacher.

""So I hear think am an asshole."". This is significant because this is what jake fells and Emery also replies."" I didn't say you were an asshole," she said turning red." Poor jake, not knowing what to do.

I think is awesome how brave Jake and Emery are on this situation. I can't imagine me in this position because I would be really afraid. I would also be already dead because I would try to run out of that classroom so ... What would you do?. How would you react???

The kids now depends on you!

brave

The gun is pointing the teacher (Campbell). Mr. Stunts has all the control know. One move and you can die. Only one move and bom! you are done. All i can think of now is fear, the fear of death. The fear of knowing that one simple day can turn into a disaster. The fear of knowing you cant say goodbye to your friends and family, or anyone you love.

I had always be scared of guns. Just think of the pain you could feel because of it. and now lts just add one more thing... love. Jake kinda loves Emery. What would you do if you could protect that person. Specially on this situation were you need to be smart because your whole life depends on it .I don't know what I would  do if I was on this situation.

"I always imagined me as a hero" this is what Jake wants to be but now, if he try he could end up dead. "I wanted to see my name on the newspaper" he wants to be Jake: the kid who saved the school by stoping a man with a gun.

the strange men

Do you are good with strangers?. I have been scared of strangers all my life. On school I feel save because there are people that protects us, but this not always works... On this situation this didnt work. Patrick is now ember eased because his dad came and make a scene. He even pointed with a gun to the teacher and to Emery .

"This dude is well over 6 feet tall, probably  240 pounds, neck of size of my tight.". This man , as you can see is a threat for any kid. Even if he didnt had a gun, he could kill any kid by hitting the little kids. We need to consider that this are small kids...





If I am honest, I don't see me in this situation. If someone had a gun a couldn't do anything about it because am afraid of death. Death can come at any time. I doesn't matter how but death always comes to you and somehow you are going to die. This is a really scary topic because I don't really want to die. And if I die I hope is not on a brutal way and that my family is sad.
                           

Normal Day on School

On my book there are normal kids, normal teachers, etc. But something is going to change now. By morning everyone were learning and studding. But, by afternoon  3 people were already dead. This book starts on a hospital. He starts talking about that day. How everything started as a normal day. but then everything was different.

"the image of the first graders blinking in shock  at the gun pointed at her teacher´s head". This shows just how terrifying the situation was. " Death finding us on an ordinary day". this book is now just talking on death and strangers. I don't imagine something like this on my school .

Death can come at any moment. We just never know when. I really want to die because of time and not an accident or a person. I cant see how people are so dumb to kill someone. I dont think this man is being fair... 

Explosion

someone woke up at 10:18. He heard a bomb. He screamed and yelled that they were being atacked. Then more than 100 pounds of hot metal were flying around. This is not good. I couldn't imagine be in their position.

"Oh my god, we're being bombed". This is what someone said when he saw what was happening. "Men lifted their heads from their pellow". This was when everibothy wheat and saw what was happening

I think that this is really sad because if someone dies how can they say goodbye?. I couldn't imagine not saying goodbye to my family and never see them again. I don't think is fair for them to do this. I can't imagine how this would fell like. It most be horrible. And also this is a memwar ( something that actually happen and that is true ).

Nigroes and white people together.

black people started fighting with white people. They started to go to the navi. They were impressed when they saw that they ate 3 squares a day. The most of them didn't now how to shave. This shows how bad people were on this times.

"Most of us didn't know how to shave" Percy Robinson said this. "The food, at least, was decent". This shows theat they weren't even treated with good food. This is bad.

I don't think it is fair. We should all be treated equally. No matter if you are white, black, or red. It doesn't matter. Color doesn't make you who you you are. I think this is super unfair

Why not?

The white people already had a black hero. They are helping wining more battles. Then why are they still treading them bad?. They are now traveling with them on a boat to Chicago porch. But there are people that are terrified of a "explosion". I think that this "explosion" is going to be really bad and that it's going to be a hard situation.

"Boy, ill never make it back home" this was want someone said when they talked about the explosion. "I'll never see my mom again" this was at the same moment. This is not good. I don't like the idea of the explosion.

I am not sure why they are traveling with them if they know that they could die in a explosion. If I were them I wouldn't even think going in a boat that could explode  at any moment. I couldn't think on never seeng my family again. Or even worst never say god bye...

More and more

Washington started watching and saw that he needed men. By this point he saw that it didn't matter if they were black or white he needed men to fight for the United States. I think that this is really good because the black people started fighting like the white people. But it is still not to fair because when they won a battle only the white people had the credit. Miller really did a change for the black soldiers.

"Washington needed men, no matter the color.". This was when he realize that he needed men to fight and that it didn't matter if they were black or purple."to disagree with the navi, there before, would hurt effort". Now they are going to change the rule and now African Americans are going to be able to fight. That is braking a rule of the navi.

I we're not really happy when only white people had the credit. I think that this is really bad. I think that African Americans should have the same chances like the white Americans. I hope that this can change. But we still see people ho think bad because of the color of their skin.

Port Chicago 50

This book talks about black people that didn't wanted to work after a "explosion". On December 7,1941 in a u.s naval base on Pearl Harbor. The black sailors worked for the white sailors cooked and cleaning. The Japanese attacked them. They taken them for surprise. Miller started taking men farther from the fires. Then he used a weapon that he didn't knew how to use and he atacked the Japanese.

"He cooked and cleaned for the white sailors." This shows that they were really unfair.  " Japanese are attaking!". This a really important quote because it shows when they were atacked. This is really bad because Japan has a strong army.

United States declare war. Japan didn't just do nothing, they also declared war. I don't think that they should fight against them because they are both a powerful armys. I think that they could do a better job fighting together against other people and not themselves.

 Why hate?
Miles meet jake (Alaska's boy friend) and he don't seem to hate him as he suppose to because HE wants Alaska. Then they all go to see a game and miles didn't knew were to seat. He didn't knew if he needed to seat next to Alaska or Lara. Alaska tells that seating with her will be better to get to now Lara better. The colonel is screaming to the other team again. He calls one player beast... Everyone laughed and ( the beast) throws the ball to the triple date. Miles gets the basketball on his face and gets concussed. He throws up on Lara's pants. Sara accuses to miles of liking Alaska but he is still concussed. The weather is not good. It rains a lot and they just play video games and that things. Miles sees that the date was a disaster so he thinks it's best to avoid Lara. He is tired of Alaska.

" I am concussed", I said. This quote was when Takumi came and asked miles if he was okay and also asked stupid questions like do you know we're you are and things like that. "The beast got me" this was when they were watching if miles was good by asking things like : do you know we're you are or what happened to you.

More of the book:
The characters go through more problems and things like colonel breaking up with Sara or like that Alaska's room flooded and things like that. Alaska tells miles to stay on the campus on thanksgiving vacations so he calls her mom and convince her to stay on campus at that time. Sara says to the colonel that she stills love him and that is not a good idea having miles here on thanksgiving. Miles thinks again and don't want to stay so he calls his mom but they are going to their honeymoon. Miles goes walking alone and Alaska finds him in the smoking hole and she gives him a hug and tells him that it was going to be fine. Miles try's to kiss Alaska but she stopped him. They prank the Warriors with dye ( the big prank ). Miles sleeps with Alaska. Colonel invites miles and Alaska to his house for thanksgiving . They finish dinner and went back to the campus. Alaska and Miles go and gets alcohol from the liquor store. Then there is Christmas. Alaska  wants a pre  prank to the Warriors. Wile miles and the colonel go camping to the Eagles house, Alaska put dye on the hair products of the Warriors. Colonel,Alaska,Lara,Takumi and miles hide in the barn. They tell what was their worst days and we see a lot of background story's of the characters. The prank was a success because Kevin was with blue hair. Miles tries to make up with Lara but he wants to get a little sexy so he asks for help to Alaska. They get a little sexy and they do home work together. They play truth or dare and Alaska tells miles to make up with Lara  so he kisses her. Alaska gets into a accident and dies. Miles thinks that is a prank but everyone says it's not. There is a bus to her funeral. Miles loves Alaska even do she's death. The colonel wants to solve the mystery. Miles has questions but he don't wants to know their answers. They go to the police station and talk to the police officer that saw her last. They tell them that maybe it was suicide (colonels theory). He thinks on what Alaska thought that happened after death. Takumi says that they all have a roll on Alaska's death because they all let her go. He admits to Takumi that he kissed Alaska and that he had a crush on her. Miles is still searching for why did she died. They want to do a prank in honor of Alaska. The Warriors and miles, colonel, etc get together for the prank. They make everyone know about the prank but they don't talk about it. Then we met the stripper named maxx. The stripper tells some words and screams: this is for Alaska Young an then strips with Takumi's music. We see that maybe the flowers were because of the death of Alaska's mother but it's not clear if it was suicide or a accident. Colonel and miles drive were she died and they cried. They stop trying to solve the mystery and study to have better grades. Takumi admits that he saw Alaska that night and that she told him that she needed to put flowers on her mothers grave... He let her go. Miles tries to forgive Takumi but he's gone. Miles hopes that is good were Alaska is now...
